Begin the first day of the year with movement that awakens, loosens, and energises your body — a gentle and grounding way to step into 2026.
This 60-minute practice starts with a seated or standing exploration to help you tune in, noticing where tension lingers and where movement flows with ease. We then move into soft rounds of flowing salutations, building warmth and mobility without strain.
We finish with restorative lying poses and a soothing 5-minute breath-focused meditation, leaving you refreshed, centred, and ready to meet the year ahead with clarity and calm.
