Private & Small Group Yoga
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, one-on-one private sessions offer a practice that's entirely tailored to your unique needs. If you're seeking greater hip flexibility, we can dedicate a session to enhancing pelvic mobility. Or, if you're feeling overwhelmed, we can focus on restorative yoga or meditation to bring calm and relaxation.
Using techniques from yoga, self-myofascial release, and my Yoga Therapy studies, I’ll create sessions personalized to support your goals and well-being.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is held at my private yoga space or via Zoom upon request.
1:1 Private Session — $75 (packages: 5 for $350 · 10 for $675)
For optimal results, I recommend scheduling sessions every 1–4 weeks, paired with regular home practice or attending a class.

Private group sessions are a beautiful way to share yoga with friends, family, or colleagues in an intimate and supportive setting. With 2–6 people, the practice becomes more class-style than one-on-one, but still personalised to your group’s general needs.
Whether your group is seeking a calming restorative experience, a playful flow to build energy, or a gentle balance of both, I’ll guide you through a session designed to leave everyone feeling grounded and connected.
