Casual classes are available at $18 per class and can be booked individually through the schedule. This pack offers a supportive option for those wanting to return more regularly.

Private Yoga Guidance
A 1:1 yoga therapy-informed session
Private Yoga Guidance sessions offer individualised support tailored to your body, energy, and nervous system. These one-on-one sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice.
Each session begins with a gentle check-in, allowing the practice to unfold intuitively based on what you need that day. Sessions may include restorative or therapeutic yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, or myofascial release, woven together to support regulation, clarity, and ease.
Unlike group classes, these sessions move at your pace and respond to your unique rhythms, challenges, and goals. The focus is not on achieving shapes, but on cultivating awareness, safety, and sustainable movement patterns that support your whole self.
Personal Yoga Guidance (1:1)
$90 per 60-minute session
Packages available:
• 5 sessions — $425 ($85 per session)
