
Introducing my trial class for the Autumn Schedule—a Mum's and Bubs yoga class!
This class is open to everyone, but if you have a baby who is content to sit or lie on a blanket while you practice, feel free to bring them along.
Please note: My yoga space is not suitable for crawling babies at this time.
The class style is Hatha Yoga classes so are a slower but active practice with poses that are held longer and the focus on deep stretching and strengthening. Hatha Yoga is very grounding and increases focus and stamina. Yoga incorporates a combination of body, breath and mind in conjunction to create balance.
Wear comfy clothing and non-slip socks if needed.
The room will be a comfortable temperature.
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to class. Doors will be closed at start of class.
This class is offered at the Yoga Space and has limited numbers so bookings are a must to secure your spot.
