What’s Inside

Inside your library, you’ll find:

  • All past classes, gently organized by style (Yin, Slow Flow, Roll & Release, etc.), by duration (micro-moments, 20-30 mins, 30-45 mins, over 45 mins), and by intention (grounding, energising, restoring).
  • Guided meditations for nervous system resets, inner journeys, or restful stillness.
  • Live Zoom & replay sessions so you can revisit group classes in your own time.
  • Micro sessions for when you want a short practice that fits into your day.

How to Find What You Need

  • Each folder has a dropdown menus to reveal all the classes in that section.
  • New offerings are always pinned at the top, so you’ll see them first.
  • Not sure what you need today? Start with “Micro Sessions” or “Guided Meditations” — short and restorative.
