Slow down. Ask questions. Refine your practice.
Yoga Practice Lab is a small-group session designed to help you better understand the mechanics behind common yoga movements.
In regular classes we often move quickly from pose to pose. In the Lab, we take time to pause, explore, and break things down so you can feel more confident and supported in your body.
Each session focuses on a specific movement or transition that many students find challenging. Together we explore technique, practice slowly, and then integrate what we learn into a short-guided sequence.
This is not about advanced poses or flexibility.
It is about understanding how your body moves.
Perfect for students who want to deepen their practice, build confidence, and move with more ease.
All levels welcome.
