Step into a welcoming space designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. These in-person classes offer gentle yet powerful practices tailored especially for women 40+, with an emphasis on slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and reflective themes.
Each session is a chance to unwind from the noise, reconnect with your inner strength, and move in a way that feels deeply nourishing and intuitively guided.

This is a space for women who are tired of pushing, fixing, and “powering through.”
Here, you’re gently invited to slow down, return to your breath, and cultivate strength from within.

One-on-one private sessions are wonderful because the practice is 100% tailored to your specific needs using a variety of modalities including yoga, breath and acupressure.
Now held in a beautiful new private studio.
Where is the yoga space located?
13 James Street,Yeppoon, Queensland
You will find a set of stairs on Mary Street side of the building. There is ample free (2 hour maximum) parking.
I am new to yoga. Are your classes okay for beginners?
A big resounding yes!
My sessions are open to all levels as I teach with anatomy safe cues and alignment. I also help you to develop clear communication with what your body is saying. I am the guide but your body is your teacher. Your yoga, your body, your way.
Can I start doing your yoga sessions with a pre-existing injury?
If you are currently under the care of a medical professional then I would check with them if yoga is something that is safe for you to begin.
Once you have the all clear then feel free to contact me before attending any live classes or starting an online practice. We can have a quick chat via email or social messenger to ensure you start your practice in the right way.
Do you have lock in contracts for your monthly subscriptions?
No lock in contracts!
You are in full control of the monthly membership. The membership fee is paid up front each month. You can cancel anytime you like and what ever you've paid for, you still have access during that time.
No refunds apply on the monthly subscription.
