Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice where postures are held for 3 to 8 minutes, allowing a profound release in the connective tissues—ligaments, fascia, and joints. This slow, intentional approach fosters not just physical ease, but a journey inward, creating space for reflection, renewal, and deep energetic balance.
This 60-minute session is part of Sacred Yin Journeys, guiding you through seasonal cycles of restoration, awareness, and embodied wisdom. You’ll leave feeling both grounded and re-energized, carrying the effects far beyond the mat.
This class is offered at the Yoga Space and has limited numbers so bookings are a must to secure your spot.
Wear comfy clothing. The room will be a comfortable temperature. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to class.
