I am super excited to share my favourite micro yoga sessions. Being a busy, sometimes over active personality type I don't have the time or the focus to be on my mat for an hour long yoga practice let alone driving to my local studio. So I designed these sessions with that in mind!
So I give you my magic micro sessions....these are short classes, coming in at 15 minutes or less but with the same magical benefits of a full yoga practice.
They are designed to help you quickly de-stress and re-energise. They work well as an any time-of-day practice. The best part, they will fit into ANY busy schedule.

Self Care Slow Flow – With gentle moves to take care of the body, breath work to release long term stored tension. Leaving you feeling nurtured and relaxed.
