Sacred Pause invites you to soften into presence through breath practice, preparing both body and mind for gentle, intentional movement. From here, you’ll ease into Restorative Yoga, surrendering to supported postures designed to release tension and restore balance. The experience culminates in a guided Nidra Meditation, inviting deep introspection and nervous system reset. Depending on the energy of the space, the session may close with the resonance of chanting or sound bowl offering a final layer of vibrational connection before returning to wakeful awareness.
